Request for Qualifications and Proposal for Integrated Project Delivery
North Station - Due September 1st, 2021

Grand Fire Protection District is seeking proposals to engage a qualified firm for the Design, Project Management, Construction and Outfitting of a new fire station north of Granby, Colorado. The station will be located on approximately 5 acres of land on Grand County Road 40. The District has an opportunity to partner with other public safety agencies to build a public safety facility to house multiple agencies with public safety missions, but will at miniumum design and build a station to serve the needs of the Fire District and it's constituants.
