Dr. Brooks moved to Grand County in the mid-1980’s, after graduating from veterinary school. He has been the owner/operator of Brooks Veterinary Service since his arrival here. He has been a member of the Grand Fire Board of Directors since 1994. In his free time, Mike runs a small working ranch, where he rescues large birds and helps to rehabilitate them. He also enjoys traveling, and adventurous biking trips to different countries.
