Fire Plan Review, Permitting and Inspections

Fire inspections play a crucial role in ensuring the safety of individuals, buildings, and communities. These proactive assessments are conducted to identify potential fire hazards, assess fire safety measures, and enforce compliance with established safety codes and regulations.

Fire Impact Fees

An impact fee is to be collected for each new dwelling built within Grand Fire Protection District No. 1 boundaries including the Town of Granby and areas of unincorporated Grand County.
